Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. (If the request is placed after the completion of this duration, or if the delivery is already in process, the cancellation request won’t be accepted.)
  • Cancellation request will not be accepted for the services and packages offered under promotional schemes at the time of some special occasion or festival like Christmas, New Year etc.
  • In case you find something odd or uncertain with the product or if it’s not matching your requirement you can raise a request to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will connect with you regarding the cancellation concern.
Refund Policy:
  • We offer 30-days money back guarantee for all our extensions only.
  • If the extension does not work with your website according to our extension details then you have to email us for technical support to resolve issue. After this you got the support from us but if in case our technical support can not resolve your problem then we will allow to refund for you.
  • In order to resolve any issue with the extension we will need your website access (FTP, Admin Credentials, Database Access, SSH Access ...). If you can not provide these information to resolve the issue, then we will NOT accept your refund request.
  • Before purchasing any of our extension or product, please read the product details, supported Magento version and check the DEMO very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied then you need to purchase . If you purchased and then ask for something which we may not offer in this case we will NOT accept your refund request.
  • You can get a full refund within 30 days after the purchase, unless copyright is infringed.
  • After 30 days, refund request will not be accepted.
  • Charges for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable.
